We offer a 14-day warranty. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn/unused, in their original packaging, with receipt/proof of purchase.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
